About Naveo
A Personal Approach to Sailing

“Sailing should feel personal.”
Early in my career, I worked for a sailing company that filled as many boats as possible and called it a season. The margins were thin, the guests were often frustrated, and the whole experience felt like a production line. That's when I decided: if I was going to do this, I was going to do it properly.
Every Naveo voyage begins with a conversation — who is coming, and what do you actually want this week to hold? From there, we choose the right boat, find the crew that fits your group, and stay flexible as the week unfolds. The sea has its own rhythm. We follow it.
Naveo remains founder-led by design. Every voyage gets my full attention — before departure, on the water, and after you're home. That's not a marketing line. It's just how I choose to run things.

How We Work
The Naveo Principles
Start with a conversation
Every voyage begins with a question: who is coming, and what do you want this week to hold? The answer shapes everything — the boat, the route, the crew.
Quality over volume
Naveo runs a small number of carefully considered voyages each season. Not because we have to — because that's the only way to do it properly.
The sea has its own rhythm
We don't overload itineraries. The best moments often happen in the unplanned spaces — an extra hour at anchor, a long lunch, a swim nobody wanted to end.
Founder-present by design
Every voyage gets my full attention — before departure, on the water, and after you're home. That's not a marketing line. It's just how I choose to run things.
A Day on Board
What a Perfect Day Looks Like
Dawn coffee on deck. A fresh dive to wake up. Sailing into a secluded bay nobody else has found yet. Paddleboarding, reading, doing nothing. Guests asking the chef for recipes so they can remake the meal at home. A dinghy to shore for dinner — family-style pizza, everyone tasting everything. Back on board for stargazing. That's the kind of day we build towards.
