What does a private charter cost?

The whole boat starts from €19,000 the week on the Lagoon 46 — that’s €2,375 each for eight of you, with the skipper, chef, meals aboard, fuel and marina fees already in. The Bali 5.4 (up to 12) is from €25,000 and the Bali 5.8 from €32,000.

Is a private charter good for a special occasion like a big birthday or family reunion?

It’s what most of our weeks are. A milestone birthday, a family reunion, a honeymoon, a 50th anniversary — you have the whole catamaran to yourselves, a route built around your group, and a chef aboard, so the celebration isn’t split across restaurants and hotels. For groups bigger than twelve we sail two or three boats together as a flotilla.

How many people can come?

Up to 8 on the Lagoon 46, and up to 12 on either Bali. Bigger group than that? We sail a small flotilla — two or three boats together — so everyone stays on the same week.

Who skippers the boat?

Every week is hosted by Vincent or by a captain he has personally chosen and trained. You never step aboard with a stranger at the helm.

Do we have to plan the route ourselves?

No. Tell us who’s coming and what the week should feel like, and Vincent designs the route — anchorages, dinners ashore, timing around the wind and the crowds. You can change anything you like once you’re aboard.

What’s included, and what isn’t?

Included: the whole catamaran, skipper, chef, breakfast and lunch aboard, water toys, fuel and marina fees. Not included: flights, dinners ashore (handpicked, around €40–65 pp), travel insurance, and any optional excursions.

When can we sail?

The Mediterranean runs May to October — Sardinia & Corsica, Croatia, the Ionian, Sicily and Turkey. The British Virgin Islands sail December to April, so there’s a private week somewhere almost year-round.
